Derek began his Search career in 1996 as a junior fully retained search consultant working with one of London's most prestigious search companies. He then was transferred out to AsiaPac to begin his senior search career with the same company, working on C-Level Compliance roles from Sales to MD. Derek has witnessed the Boom-Bust of the dot com industry and was there at the very beginning of the FinTech, Blockchain and Crypto era's supporting his global network to secure the best talent.
